We offer more than 1,600 classes and courses available via our Learning Centers, and most are free! With curated topics designed to help our community reach their health goals, we offer a positive atmosphere for growth. Classes and programs include Diabetes Education, Dementia Care Coordination, Cancer Prevention, Healthy Aging, Nutrition, Hearing Health, Fall Prevention, and so much more. Whether you are struggling to sleep well, lose weight, find purpose, or connect with others through brain games or meaningful conversations, TVH has something for everyone. We believe in the power of coming together to find support, and community classes are a great way to engage. Everyone is welcome to join us; you can even bring a family member or friend.
